The Harvest

It is rumored that if you have planted good seed in 2008, that you can expect to reap a good harvest in 2009.

Some of these seeds are:
right relationships, finances, ministry, tithes, service, and of course worship, prayer and obedience to Father God and His Word.

Quality seed will bring a quality harvest of maturity and completeness.

I pray that if the rumor is true, I have sown quality seed.

Hang On to Faith

FAITH IN GOD AND HIS WORD WILL PREVAIL IN THESE TRYING TIMES. Isaiah 11:11 "The LORD shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people."

The Remnant are the overcomers. Those tried in the fire and have come forth as pure gold. So rejoice, these are great times. The trying of our faith will make us ready to receive the blessings of the promises.

Proverbs 13:13 "Whoso despiseth the WORD shall be destroyed: but he that fearth the commandment shall be rewarded."

God said it, and I believe it!

How about you? Do you believe? This is not the time to doubt. This is the time for FAITH!!

Set Your Focus on Jesus

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world
giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." (John 14: 27).

"An be renewed in the Spirit of your mind;" (Ephesians 4:23).

So many people are professing fear of losing their minds to Alzheimer's disease, or to the overwhelming economic circumstances that they find themselves in today. However, God's word promises that IF you remain Focused on Him and His word those fears will not overtake you. Only believe, and have Faith that you will overcome.

We are so prone to think that true happiness consists in our positive circumstances, but it does not. Circumstances are the finger of God pointing us in the direction He wants us to follow. Even the storms will bring Glory to Him and eventually peace and happiness to us if only we believe.

I must remain focused on Jesus Christ and His promises; not on worldly distractions that will try to confuse and defeat me. I purpose in my heart and mind to be an overcomer. To rule and reign with Jesus Christ, seated in the heavenly places, is all that matters to me now. I surrender ALL!

"Set you affection on things above, not on things on the earth,"
(Colossians 3:2).

God's Tsunami - understanding Israel and End-time Prophecy

Price: £8.50

By Peter Tsukahira

Peter shares that he is witnessing the greatest move of the Holy Spirit in Israel since the days of the Bible. God is clearly doing a new thing. This book aims to bring revelation rather than explanation about where history and biblical prophecy meet. Peter immigrated to Israel in 1987 and after the Gulf War met David Davis. Together they pioneered a vision for a congregation that was truly ‘one new man’, where Jews, Arabs and other gentiles worship together in the unity of the Holy Spirit. The preaching of the Gospel in Modern Hebrew and the existence of indigenous believing congregations in Israel are powerful fulfilments of prophecy. In 1996 the Assembly built the first Messianic Worship Centre on the highest point of the Mount Carmel ridge. It is a ‘house of prayer for all nations’ and a prophetic statement of God’s purpose to make Israel a light to the Gentiles. David Davis and Peter Tsukahira are both speaking at the Ellel Ministries’ conference ‘Arise’ next February in Blackpool. Many of the events that are making news today were foretold by the prophets of Israel thousands of years ago. The fulfillment of biblical prophecy is joining the destinies of Israel and the nations of the world. The shockwaves of this convergence are generating a spiritual tidal wave of change affecting all the earth. God's Tsunami meets a very urgent need among Christians today. It brings out the biblical significance of the contemporary restoration of Israel - first political, then spiritual. Peter provides information that sheds light on some amazing miracles that many believers in the twenty-first century have not been equipped to appreciate. My prayer is that God will use this book for His glory.

Derek Prince; Jerusalem: Peter Tsukahira was born in the United States and is now a citizen of Israel. He lives with his wife, Rita and their two children, Eden and Daniel on Mt Carmel in the city of Haifa. Peter is director of the Or HaCarmel Ministry Center and co-founder of Kehilat HaCarmel, an Israeli Messianic congregation. He is ordained by World Challenge International Ministers' fellowship founded by Rev. David Wilkerson and serves on the Board of Directors for Church Growth International founded by Dr David Yonggi Cho.

"Abiding in the Vine"

John 15: 1-11

I recently discovered, through some painful lessons, that as long as I abide in Jesus Christ, and His Word, I can minister Life and liberty to hurting souls in distress.

However, if I break my connection to the "Vine," my source of strength and life, I will begin to wither and eventually die spiritually. My purpose for living and ministry will fade away from neglect. Consequently, I will have to take a place in line with the other souls in distress waiting for deliverance and healing.

To be a "castaway" is death. To be separated from the "Vine" is death. Therefore I must remain focused on Jesus and His Word. I must reject all distractions that try to divert my attention and devotion to a strange god, strange fire, or idolatry in any form.

To be effective in ministry I must endure pruning. I must forgive all hurts. I must be purged of all selfish motives so that I can flourish and bloom for and with Jesus Christ. To bring God glory must be my mission, and my first priority. I must be about my Father's business and bear much fruit for His kingdom. Then and only then will I know true peace and happiness, while experiencing the Father's abundant love that emits from the "Vine."
