Forsaken Children

     The latest mass killing by a youth has made me again return to God's Word for an answer to the question that the world so frequently asks; why? What was the motive?  The world is at a loss for answers to those quetions.  But, will those answers soothe away the pain and grief caused by the violent,murders?

     I beleieve that God has provided true answers in the Bible.  In the book of Hosea chapter four verse six, it is clearly written that...
                    "Seeing that thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."

Likewise it is also written in the Bible, in the book of Proverbs the twenty second chapter verse six;
    "Train up a child in the way he/she should go; and when he/she is old he/she will not depart from it"

     Therefore Parents; not the lobbyists, gunlaws, the NRA, or the government, are commanded by God's word to provide to their children Divine lessons in self-control and obedience to God's Word.  Those children that do not have Spiritual instruction along with academic intstruction are out of balance and out of harmony with life.  Their right to the pursuit of happiness is being denied.  Consequently unhappy, unfulfilled children strike out, or strike back to society in madness.

Wow!

I can't believe I've been away from my blog this long.  Life happens.  Well, I'm back and ready to write for the glory of God and any readers that might happen along.

God is really moving things along in preparation for the soon return of Jesus Christ.  Ice storms, floods, droughts, famine, tornadoes, hurricanes, and the increase in violence and corruption are enough sure signs of His soon coming as foretold in the book of Matthew, chapter 24.  Those who know Him; rejoice!  Psalm 46 states we have nothing to fear.


Those of you who are not yet acquainted with Jesus, still have a little more time to get right.  Let today be your day of salvation.

FORGIVENESS

A clear mesage of the Cross of Christ is forgiveness. God is merciful and willing to forgive all those that earnestly seek His forgiveness. Luke 23:34

Jesus Christ has made the law of forgiveness a distinctive requirement - a religious duty. We are bound by the claims of Christ to a forgiving spirit. Mark 11:26.

God is always near the soul that seeks Him and trusts Him.

Standing On The ROCK

"On Christ the Solid Rock I stand; All other ground is sinking sand!"

We believers are not to put our trust in the things of this world. Our trust is to be in Jesus the Christ. He alone is our ROCK of safety amidst this shaky economy and chaotic time. " All else is sinking sand.

If there is no bread on the table =Trust God!

If there is no money to pay bills = Trust God!

If all around you is failing = Trust God! (Proverbs 3:5)

He said in His word He will NEVER leave you or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), and His word is TRUE.

"For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me upon a ROCK." ( Psalm 27:5).

New Management

When your faith is failing you; you need new management!

"Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men." 1Thessalonians 5:14 KJV

"Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgement of the LORD." Jeremiah 8:7 KJV

Father God always warns us ahead of time so we will be in the right place at the right time. Eventually, you learn to like the way Father God works everything out for your good and His Glory.

Don't let the drama overtake you!

Father God never allows any trial or tribulation to come upon you that the Holy Spirit has not first warned you of its coming. If He is allowed, the Holy Spirit will prepare you ahead of time to be a victorious overcomer at the finish.

"The harder the conflict; the more glorious the triumph."

Father God waits on us to get out of the way so that He can show us The Way less traveled, which leads to The Kingdom of God.

Everything I need to go to the next level is inside of me right now. Jesus Christ is LORD!!

GRACE

Grace-God's unmerited favor!

This new year I'm prompted to reflect on God's Grace.

How do we survive in this world without it? I know I can not make it day by day except for the Grace of Father God.

It is by His Grace that I am saved, delivered and set free.

It will be by His Grace that I make it through this year; but let me not forget it is by one step at a time through this journey.

I keep my eye on the prize!
