God's Tsunami - understanding Israel and End-time Prophecy
Price: £8.50
By Peter Tsukahira
Peter shares that he is witnessing the greatest move of the Holy Spirit in Israel since the days of the Bible. God is clearly doing a new thing. This book aims to bring revelation rather than explanation about where history and biblical prophecy meet. Peter immigrated to Israel in 1987 and after the Gulf War met David Davis. Together they pioneered a vision for a congregation that was truly ‘one new man’, where Jews, Arabs and other gentiles worship together in the unity of the Holy Spirit. The preaching of the Gospel in Modern Hebrew and the existence of indigenous believing congregations in Israel are powerful fulfilments of prophecy. In 1996 the Assembly built the first Messianic Worship Centre on the highest point of the Mount Carmel ridge. It is a ‘house of prayer for all nations’ and a prophetic statement of God’s purpose to make Israel a light to the Gentiles. David Davis and Peter Tsukahira are both speaking at the Ellel Ministries’ conference ‘Arise’ next February in Blackpool. Many of the events that are making news today were foretold by the prophets of Israel thousands of years ago. The fulfillment of biblical prophecy is joining the destinies of Israel and the nations of the world. The shockwaves of this convergence are generating a spiritual tidal wave of change affecting all the earth. God's Tsunami meets a very urgent need among Christians today. It brings out the biblical significance of the contemporary restoration of Israel - first political, then spiritual. Peter provides information that sheds light on some amazing miracles that many believers in the twenty-first century have not been equipped to appreciate. My prayer is that God will use this book for His glory.

"Abiding in the Vine"
I recently discovered, through some painful lessons, that as long as I abide in Jesus Christ, and His Word, I can minister Life and liberty to hurting souls in distress.
However, if I break my connection to the "Vine," my source of strength and life, I will begin to wither and eventually die spiritually. My purpose for living and ministry will fade away from neglect. Consequently, I will have to take a place in line with the other souls in distress waiting for deliverance and healing.
To be a "castaway" is death. To be separated from the "Vine" is death. Therefore I must remain focused on Jesus and His Word. I must reject all distractions that try to divert my attention and devotion to a strange god, strange fire, or idolatry in any form.
To be effective in ministry I must endure pruning. I must forgive all hurts. I must be purged of all selfish motives so that I can flourish and bloom for and with Jesus Christ. To bring God glory must be my mission, and my first priority. I must be about my Father's business and bear much fruit for His kingdom. Then and only then will I know true peace and happiness, while experiencing the Father's abundant love that emits from the "Vine."

FRIENDSHIP

Someone once said, "to have a friend you must first be a friend." This is so true.
Friendship is a tapestry of woven trusts, cares, sacrifices, and the greatest of these is love.
Friendship doesn't expect something in return for everything given.
Friendship is not rude. Rudeness is becoming a bi-product of our times.
Friendship listens and does not need to always answer.
Friendship does not compete with friends. It rejoices with them.
Friendship is loyal and protective. It does not expect perfection.
Friendship is quick to forgive and ask for forgiveness.
Friendship does not smother its friends.
Friendship speaks words that heal not hurt.
Finally, ask God to put kind words in your mouth and pour out His Agape love for others through you. and you will always have at least one or two friends that will stick by your side.
